  1. Dear Anil, Its looks very good, but it there a possibility that when i select for example RPQ-Rejected in Japan, all the other pie-chart will also show Japan data?
Now you have to click on each part of the stacked column of japan.

    Kind regards,
    Raymond

  2. Raymond,
    That is much easier...
In your scenario you could just use a simple chart, i.e when you mouse over Japan, it will show all 4 pie charts, similarly when you mouse over LA, all pie charts will show related data.

  3. I am interested in doing a similar thing as Raymond. I want to mouse over Japan and change all the Pie Charts at once. You indicate it's easier, but I don't see how it can be done. Can you change/add your source file to do this?

    Thanks,
    Joe

  4. Anil, I agree with John and Raymond. The functionality required here is to drill down from a stacked column chart.
Replacing it with a column chart is not the solution.
The way I have it currently implemented is using a lot of formulas in Excel. This is not the most elegant solution.
    Is there a better way?
    Thanks

  5. I would like to drill down from a stacked bar to a list of the underlying records (in a tablular format). Any thoughts or suggestions on if / how this can be achieved?

  7. Dear Anil, i have more specific question.

I have 1 staced bar, with 4 columns (represent 4 phases) and each column has 3 stacks (high, middle, low).

What i would like to build is a drill down function that works as follows: When i click on a column i will influence a chart on the right (only 1, so not 4 as in your example).
That 1 chart shows then the total of the phase (so sum of all stacks per customer top-10).

So what works best for me is the "position" option. As it will store 1, 2, 3, 4 in one cell. However, this is only for 1 stack (example only Low). But i would like to have the same value stored to the same cell, when i click a middle stack or a high stack...but this is restricted by Xcelsius; I cannot refer to the same target cell for different stacks...do you have a solution?

I have both Xcelius 2008 and BO4.0 version.

    regards
    Bart
